Terms of service
ResolveMe, by Lumooo Information Technology. Last updated 18 September 2026. Draft for review before submission.
The service
ResolveMe answers your customers from your store’s own content and, within the permissions you set, changes orders on your behalf. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, for the rules you write, and for reviewing what the assistant does. The assistant tells customers it is an AI; you may not remove that line.
Billing
Plans and usage are billed through Shopify. A resolution is a conversation the assistant finished without a person on your team touching it. Conversations you approve, answer or take over are never billed. You can dispute a resolution from the app within the month; disputed ones are credited.
Limits of the service
The assistant answers only from what your store publishes and what you tell it. It refuses rather than guesses, but it can still be wrong; order changes it makes on its own follow the limits you set and can be stopped within the window shown in the app. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Data
Handled as described in the privacy notice. You keep ownership of your content and your customers’ data.
Ending
Uninstalling the app ends the agreement and deletes your data. We may end it with 30 days’ notice, or at once if the service is used to break the law or Shopify’s terms.
